If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn't quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days of delivery for all items. Items must..
- Be unwashed
- Have all labels attached
- Be unused/ not worn
- Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
Grooming products, make up products, pierced jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us FIRST at email@example.com regarding the fault for further details.

- We reserve the right not to refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. Please see T&C’s for full details.
- Please note we not not offer free returns, all returns, are returned at your own cost.
- Please ensure that you have a proof of posting certificate (receipt) from your post office/courier. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
- Please note the original delivery cost is non-refundable, with exceptions where the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly by us
- If your order is returned to us by the courier we will deduct the cost of delivery back to us from your refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer's expense.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
That's easy babe! You can find all of the information to make a return within your parcel. Simply fill in your returns form and enclose this with your parcel, if you have misplaced this form please include a note with your full name & order number so we give the right person a refund!
